Terms and Conditions

when ordering from The Foliage Studio

New Zealand Shipping Terms & Conditions:

• LIVE PLANTS are shipped between MONDAY - WEDNESDAY

• NON-PLANT products are shipped MONDAY - FRIDAY 

• Orders placed before 6pm on the day will be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 6pm will be shipped the following day.

• Shipping company used is NZ POST - overnight delivery (1 -3 days). Please allow an additional 1 -4 days for Rural delivery.

• When ordering LIVE plants online there may be a shipping risk where products could be damaged in transit or subject to cold damage during transit. Plants are living and some plants are sensitive to temperature extremes. This is out of our control as shipping is handled by postal services. The Foliage Studio does not take responsibility for items once they leave our premises.

• To ensure safe delivery, plants will be packaged securely and noted as fragile, live perishable items, and not to be delayed.

• If your purchase arrives in a poor condition due to a fault prior to shipping, a full refund will be given.

Australia Shipping Terms & Conditions:

• NON-PLANT products ONLY are shipped MONDAY - FRIDAY 

• Please note, shipping is at the buyer's own risk. The Foliage Studio cannot be held responsible for goods purchased which may not be permitted across the Australian border. In the event of goods not allowed entry into Australia, a refund can only be processed on return of the purchased goods at the buyer's own return shipping expense.

• Shipping company used is NZ POST - economy tracked delivery (3 -8 Business days). Please allow an additional 1 -4 days for Rural delivery.

• Shipping rates: NZ$40 per order.

Wellington Local Delivery Terms & Conditions:

• We offer local delivery within in the Wellington CBD/ suburbs, Porirua and Lower Hutt area. All orders for local delivery will be delivered on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY late morning/early afternoon. 

• Please inform us of any special delivery instructions. Note, if there are Dogs on the property, ensure an area of safe delivery or if you have a preferred location for your parcel to be left. 

Wellington Pick-up Terms & Conditions:

• There is an option to PICK-UP your order from our physical location in Churton Park, Wellington. Pick-up is only available during business hours. Once your order is ready for collection, you will be sent an email (or text) notification letting you know when you can collect your order.

Plant Terms & Conditions:

• When ordering live plants from our online store, the product purchased may differ from the product photo due to variations in individual products and seasonal changes.

Returns & Refunds:

• If any purchased product is deemed to be faulty or defective, please contact us  so we can investigate. We maintain exceptional service and product standards.

• Please note, live plants are not covered in the same way as non-perishable products, however always contact us if you have any concerns about plants purchased from The Foliage Studio.

• If products arrive with a fault or defect, please contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving it. If the fault or defect is not obvious until later, please ensure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
